    Policy and Procedures:
    • We do not service lawns on days of rain, you lawn will receive priority the following day if ground is dry.
    • Your lawn will be cut on a weekly or biweekly rotating basis with a two-hour arrival window
    • We will charge extra for yards that require clean up prior to cutting. For yard prep and additional cost will apply
    • Any complaints or comments should be emailed to info@themanupclub.org
    • We do not dispose of grass, your grass will be bagged and left for your disposal
    • We are not responsible for any property damages, our service is offered on an at-will basis
    • We do not do one-time lawn service​​
    • A $100 cancelation fee will be assessed to canceled summer contracts
    • All yards are required to be free from objects including animal waste, glass, logs, and rocks.
    • Weeding is not included.
    • We don't service lawns on national holidays
    • Cutting hours are between 8AM - 6:30PM
